Maîtresse de conférences en civilisation américaine Associate professor in American Studies
Melanie Meunier est maîtresse de conférences spécialisée en civilisation américaine. Sa thèse, préparée sous la direction de Bernard Genton et soutenue en 2014, porte sur la politique environnementale américaine. Sa recherche actuelle porte sur l’activisme des jeunes et les réponses au défi du changement climatique, ainsi que sur la politique américaine en général.
Melanie Meunier enseigne à Sciences Po Strasbourg.
Melanie Meunier is an associate professor in American Studies. She defended her dissertation on the American environmental movement and politics in 2014. Currently, her research has concentrated on youth climate activism in the United States.
She teaches at Sciences Po Strasbourg, France - notably courses on the history of the environmental movement, responses to the climate crisis by the USA, the European Union and China, and a course on the evolution of the media in the 21st century.
